And no, as designers we are not just people that went to school to learn which cousins go with which sofa. A designer is a person who can really work to bring your whole home together. 

 At Roomy Interiors we like to think of the process as a series of steps to ensure that your furniture purchases with us are not only ones that you are going to like, but pieces that will grow with you and that you will love for a long time.

 Consulting is the place to start for most services. Think of it as when you speak to your hair dresser about the cut you want before they bring out the scissors. Your consulting about your cut, so why wouldn't you consult about your home? We want to know what you want in the space and what your needs are.  Just like when people bring photos into the hair dresser, the consulting stage is a great time to express what design style works best for your space.

 Selections would be your next step when picking out furniture. You are able to select the pieces that you like and/or need. Also what type of fabric would you like on your sofa, or would you rather a glass top on your table vs wood.   At Roomy Home Interiors we have access to every piece you would need for your home. Everything from window treatments to custom cabinetry to wall paint and throw pillows.

After your selection has been made, we are able to take a look at your floor plans and really set your selected pieces in to the space. This is something we can do right at our showroom using a computer program so all the sizes are correct.

 After your floor plans have been drawn up with your new furniture selections in your plan we present you with your new space to make sure nothing has been over looked and that you are nothing but thrilled with what the result is going to look like.

Now the final product comes together when we're able to dress the space. We arrange delivery around what you're schedule is and make sure all pieces arrive to your home in tip top shape. 

 This whole process can be done in roughly 3-4 months from consulting to dressing your home and on average take upwards of 10-15 hours of the designer's time.
